Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop, sustain, and troubleshoot GHOSTGEM's software suite of applications. The engineer must have a demonstrated understanding of the software development life cycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
- 7-9 years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Experience using the Linux CLI
- Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python
- Recent software development experience using Java
- Experience developing with the Spring Framework including Spring Boot, Spring Data and Spring Integration
- Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and containerd
- Experience with container orchestration technologies including Kubernetes
- Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services in a Kubernetes environment
- Familiar with Messaging Frameworks such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
- Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as Bamboo and GitLab CI
- Familiar with IaC principles, methodologies, and tools including Ansible
- Experience using Git Source Control System
