Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a HPC Senior System Development Engineer on our HPC Solutions Engineering Team in Austin Texas, United States. As a HPC Principal Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and autonomy, with the ability to drive initiatives, set technical direction by influencing indirectly team.
  • Extensive hands‐on experience with HPC cluster architecture, deployment, and management, including underlying building blocks, provisioning frameworks, and cluster management tools (Bright, Omnia, OCAHMI).
  • Deep knowledge with the Linux Operating System in an integration engineering context.
  • Experience in integration and system testing, including the ability to create test plans and test scenarios
  • Significant hands‐on proficiency with Ethernet and InfiniBand interconnects and strong understanding of system management interfaces/tools such as IPMI and out‐of‐band management frameworks.
  • Understanding Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA processor architectures, with exposure to NVIDIA GPGPUs.
  • Experience optimizing HPC applications in industry verticals and developing end‐to‐end HPC solution proposals for customer requirements
