Go-Glass Joy, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR & Accounting Specialist to support the daily operations of our Administration Office. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, maintains confidentiality, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, administrative support, or HR administration
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data organization, and reconciliation)
  • HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
