Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead recruitment and human resources operations, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The HR Manager will develop recruitment strategies, lead full-cycle recruitment, and build connections through community outreach, job fairs, and schools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
