Job Description
The HR Admin role will support the Human Resources department by ensuring accurate documentation, smooth HR processes, and high levels of employee support and engagement.
Requirements
Administer the HireRight background check process
Coordinate hourly employee interviews
Support new hire onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee training sign-offs
Manage and upload personnel files
Maintain accurate records in HRIS
Draft and distribute internal communications
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
Serve as a point of contact for general employee inquiries
