Job Description
The HR Admin role will support the Human Resources department by ensuring accurate documentation, smooth HR processes, and high levels of employee support and engagement.

Requirements

  • Administer the HireRight background check process
  • Coordinate hourly employee interviews
  • Support new hire onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee training sign-offs
  • Manage and upload personnel files
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS
  • Draft and distribute internal communications
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
  • Serve as a point of contact for general employee inquiries
