Job Description
HR/Administrative Assistant supporting HR tasks, office administration, and employee onboarding, with a focus on Japanese and English language proficiency.
Requirements
High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
At least 1-year experience in a clerical role or office setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS, SharePoint).
Multi-Tasking Ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both English and Japanese.
