Job Description
Join Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota as an HR Administrative Assistant supporting Partners in Community Supports (PICS). Provide administrative support to HR and other departments, manage inbound calls, data entry, and respond to requests.

Requirements

  • High School diploma (or equivalent GED) is required.
  • Administrative experience required.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Bi-lingual (i.e., English with Spanish or Somali or Hmong, etc.) is preferred.
