Role OverviewThe HR Administrator supports the HR Operations team in managing employee relations, unemployment claims management, and pandemic case management. The role is responsible for overseeing administration of unemployment claims, supporting employee relations concerns, and maintaining organization of employee files.
What You Will Do
The HR Administrator will oversee administration of unemployment claims, support intake of employee relations concerns, maintain organization of employee files, coordinate company events, provide administrative support, and research compliance of state and federal regulations.
