Job Description
Role Overview

The HR Administrator provides administrative support across a variety of human resources functions, including employee lifecycle administration, HR systems transactions, record maintenance, onboarding, offboarding, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Process employee transactions in SuccessFactors, maintain accurate employee records, support onboarding and offboarding activities, conduct I-9 employment eligibility verification processes, and assist employees and managers with routine HR administrative requests.

The successful candidate will have postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, employee services, or HR operations support, and strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, employee services, or HR operations support
  • Experience working with HR systems or databases (SuccessFactors experience is an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000 per year
