Job Description
fairlife, LLC is a Chicago-based nutrition company seeking an HR Administrator to support the Dexter, New Mexico manufacturing site by managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll and benefits, and serving as a first point of contact for employee inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Top notch written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to handle unexpected issues or challenges with quick thinking and effective solutions
  • Master of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities and keeping track of schedules and deadlines
  • Precision handling of documents, data entry, and other administrative tasks
  • Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally work early mornings, evenings and weekend days
