Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to support human capital and financial operations within a federal environment.

Requirements

  • US citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting federal HR operations, including personnel action processing
  • Familiarity with OPM personnel processing guidelines
  • Experience working with NFC systems, including EPIC or similar HR/payroll systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing payroll and financial data
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
