Job Description
The Senior Compensation HR Analyst will implement and assist in compensation administration processes for a global ABS team. This role involves leading compensation practices, collaborating with Human Resources and management to propose and revise policies, and resolving compensation-related issues. The analyst will also gather data and report on compensation trends.

Requirements

  • Review job descriptions and ensure accurate HR documentation.
  • Performs job evaluations for new hires and job offers.
  • Analyzes market data and determines salary grades.
  • Adheres to compensation regulations and FLSA compliance.
  • Participates in annual salary surveys and creates internal HR metrics reports.
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of global salary structures.
