Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytical HR Analytics Business Partner with a focus on Learning & Leadership Development to drive the evaluation and continuous improvement of our learning programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, skilled in data analysis, and experienced in evaluating training outcomes across diverse formats and audiences.

Requirements

  • Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess learning program effectiveness
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and business leaders to align assessments with learning objectives and business goals
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and analyze results to determine knowledge retention and behavior change
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of learning technologies and platforms that support assessment and analytics
  • Stay current with best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and learning analytics
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D initiatives
  • Partner with HR technical teams to ensure accurate data integration and reporting
  • Present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and facilitators to refine content based on assessment
