Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytical HR Analytics Business Partner with a focus on Learning & Leadership Development to drive the evaluation and continuous improvement of our learning programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, skilled in data analysis, and experienced in evaluating training outcomes across diverse formats and audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Research and Statistics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on program evaluation and analytics required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS) required.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Certification in learning evaluation (e.g., CPLP, Kirkpatrick Certified) preferred.
  • Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of change management and performance consulting
  • Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of adult learning styles and instructional design
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business/organizational leaders, learning consultants, and facilitators to translate business objectives into effective learning sessions
  • Strong consultant approach to client relationships
  • Proven track record to designing valid and reliable surveys
  • Experience with statistical analysis including but not limited to ANOVA, T-tests, Correlation, Multiple Regression, Multivariate Analysis
