Job Description
Paradies Lagardère is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team in a dynamic retail and dining environment. The HR Assistant will support employee success, streamline HR processes, and help shape workplace culture.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in an assistant, or coordinator role
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent HR knowledge)
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices
HRIS experience (UKG UltiPro preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish/Arabic/English) is a plus!
