Provide support in full-cycle recruiting, assist in screening and interviewing candidates, coordinate employee orientation and onboarding programs, and maintain employee personnel documents.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field
- Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills preferred but not required
