Role OverviewThe Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative and technical support for federal civilian human resources operations, including personnel records management, personnel action processing, and HR case file maintenance.
What You Will Do
Review personnel documentation, establish and maintain HR case files, research and resolve personnel and pay processing issues, and utilize HR information systems to process transactions and review personnel information.

Requirements
- US Citizen
- Associates degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience performing human resources support services
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and maintaining federal personnel records and processing personnel actions
- Demonstrated experience supporting personnel and pay-processing activities
- Experience reviewing Official Personnel Folders and supporting documentation for personnel-related determinations and calculations
