Crisis24 is a global, AI-enhanced provider of travel risk management and other services. The HR Assistant will provide day-to-day support to employees and complete various HR functions.

Requirements

  • Provides HR support to employees
  • Completes verifications of employment
  • Maintains data integrity in the HRIS system
  • Send out new hire welcome gifts
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees
  • Answering HR-related inquiries by E-Mail or phone
  • Scanning documents into shared system
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be able to interact with employees at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be motivated, and results-driven
