Job Description
Recruit employees, process payroll, conduct new employee orientations, and maintain employment policies and procedures. Administer employee benefits, compensation, and other HR programs. Perform administrative tasks and represent the company in unemployment compensation matters.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree (HR Management degree is a plus, but not required)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of HR management experience
  • Substantial knowledge of State & Federal labor laws
  • Demonstrated strong proficiency in and use of Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel to other states
  • Ability to work after business hours when required
