Job Description
The HR Assistant Manager is responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, payroll, employee training, and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
Bilingual in Korean and English
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree (HR Management degree is a plus, but not required)
Minimum of 1-2 years of HR management experience preferred
Substantial knowledge of State & Federal labor laws preferred
Demonstrated strong proficiency in and use of Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Must have a valid driver's license
Be able to travel to other states
Be able to work after business hours when required
