Job Description
The HR Assistant Manager is responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, payroll, employee training, and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree (HR Management degree is a plus, but not required)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of HR management experience preferred
  • Substantial knowledge of State & Federal labor laws preferred
  • Demonstrated strong proficiency in and use of Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Be able to travel to other states
  • Be able to work after business hours when required
