Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Korean Bilingual Benefits Manager to lead and oversee our comprehensive employee benefits program for our growing organization of over 1,000 employees.

Responsibilities include benefits strategy and program management, open enrollment, cost and budget management, wellness and engagement, vendor management and operations, compliance, risk, and governance, and bilingual stakeholder management and communication.

Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive corporate benefits experience
- At least 3+ years managing benefits for a large enterprise (1,000+ employees)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Bilingual fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken)
- Ability to present complex financial and legal concepts to executive leadership in both languages
- In-depth mastery of U.S. benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, 401(k) nondiscrimination testing)
- Hands-on experience with major enterprise HRIS/Benefits platforms
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, financial modeling) for claims and data analysis
