Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner with broad expertise across HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, recruiting, training, and reporting. This is a unique opportunity: you’ll either be hired directly in Chicago or begin in Italy, with a planned relocation to the U.S. after a few months.

Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. HR laws and regulations.
  • Manage performance evaluations and reviews.
  • Collaborate with the international HR Dept. and the Italian headquarter to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management using platforms like SuccessFactors and Nexonia.
  • Maintain HR data systems and ensure up-to-date organization charts and reports.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support the identification of learning needs and implement training initiatives.
  • Contribute to recruitment and selection processes.
  • Stay current with the latest HR trends and best practices.
