Job Description
HR Business Partner role supporting multiple inland campuses, maintaining a professional image, and coordinating HR functions, including Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Learning, and Employee Care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years HR Generalist and/or Employee Relations or related experience
  • Minimum of two years leadership experience, may be in or out of HR field
  • Knowledge of Federal and State Employment laws, regulations, including but not limited to FMLA, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, EEOC, NLRA, ERISA
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related science from an accredited school
