Job Description
The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to guide leaders towards effective working relationships and organizational success.

Requirements

  • Provide expert consultation to customer organizations and make recommendations on key Human Resources strategies, initiatives, issues, and programs
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders and other support staff across the laboratory
  • Solve problems with little precedent that often cross areas/organizations through the development of new approaches and techniques while establishing and maintaining effective relationships
