Role OverviewThe HR Business Partner and Programs Manager serves as Arizona Kidney Disease and Hypertension Center's internal HR resource and partner to managers and leadership. This position provides day-to-day HR guidance, manager coaching, recruitment and hiring support, leave coordination, and leadership of key employee programs.
What You Will Do
Provide managers with day-to-day HR guidance and coaching, support performance management, corrective action, documentation, conflict resolution, and difficult employee conversations, partner with managers to identify staffing needs and support recruitment, interviewing, selection, and hiring.

Requirements

- Experience supporting performance management, corrective action, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Strong project management, communication, coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities
