This role serves as a strategic partner to INPO management, aligning HR practices with organizational goals to drive success.

Requirements

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for managers, employees and candidates related to HR matters, including policies and procedures
  • Administers and enhances benefits and wellness programs, managing day-to-day benefits operations, HRIS data accuracy, compliance requirements, and audit support
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment and staffing efforts
  • Leads investigations and resolves employee relations issues
  • Ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns related to the Human Resources function
  • Makes recommendations to improve operational efficiency
  • Facilitates interactive discussions related to INPO's leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes
