Job Description
This role serves as a strategic partner to INPO management, aligning HR practices with organizational goals to drive success.
Requirements
Serves as the primary point of contact for managers, employees and candidates related to HR matters, including policies and procedures
Administers and enhances benefits and wellness programs, managing day-to-day benefits operations, HRIS data accuracy, compliance requirements, and audit support
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment and staffing efforts
Leads investigations and resolves employee relations issues
Ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns related to the Human Resources function
Makes recommendations to improve operational efficiency
Facilitates interactive discussions related to INPO's leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes
