Role OverviewThe Human Resources Business Partner provides counsel and advice to leaders and staff relative to human resources policies, initiatives, and programs, while supporting an employee relations work environment that maximizes the performance of a fully engaged workforce.
What You Will Do
Provides Human Resources policy interpretation and guidance to leaders and employees. Partners with business units and entity Human Resources leaders to develop effective strategies to proactively manage employee issues/situations and mitigate risk.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 2+ years Of progressive HR Experience (Required)
- Direct knowledge of recruitment/employment, compensation, benefits, wages and hour regulations and practices (Required proficiency)
- Detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem solving ability. (Required proficiency)
- Notable client service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills (Required proficiency)
- Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment (Required proficiency)
