Job Description
The HR Business Partner role serves as a partner to property leadership, driving a high-performance culture focused on exceptional guest service. This role actively works with department leaders on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, employee development, and employee engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR or related field
Proven track record of success in HRBP role or similar experience
