Job Description
The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing exceptional service through strategic partnerships with senior leaders on business decisions related to Inova Health's HR strategy. Provides feedback to leaders to improve individual and team performance and ensures compliance with organizational policies and relevant laws.
Requirements
3 years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
Experience supporting leaders within a complex healthcare environment (optional)
Strong background using HR data and analytics (optional)
Knowledge of healthcare workforce regulations, labor relations, and clinical workforce dynamics (optional)
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with executive and physician leadership (optional)
