The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the United States, supporting a broad range of functional areas and driving all phases of people-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or HR lead role
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements
  • English fluency required, with the ability to conduct business in Spanish as needed
