Job Description
Karbon is looking for a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their global team. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders across the organization, use AI tools to surface insights, and drive HR project management. 5+ years of progressive HR experience and prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience are essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience
  • Genuine GTM domain fluency
  • Data fluency
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
  • Project driver with ability to deliver results across multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience coaching senior leaders through org design decisions, workforce planning, and strategic and human implications of building AI-augmented teams
