Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with an emphasis in Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition and Recruiting
  • HR certification - SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Financial services experience preferred
