Job Description
Role Overview

The HR Business Partner serves as the primary HR point of contact for Williams, White & Company and Doerfer Field Services in Moline, IL, while supporting other Doerfer companies. This role is responsible for recruiting and sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, employee training and development, and employee engagement and retention.

What You Will Do

The HRBP will handle employee concerns, investigate issues, and help resolve workplace conflicts. They will also manage recruitment, collaborate with managers, and actively recruit and source candidates.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of Human Resources experience
  • Minimum three years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and payroll systems, preferably Paylocity
  • Knowledge of employment law, employee relations and HR best practices
