Role Overview

The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning HR objectives alongside the business goals within their assigned region(s). The position serves as a consultant and main point of contact to management for human resource-related issues.

What You Will Do

Maintains a proficient level of business literacy, identifies training needs, coordinates company responses to discrimination charges, and provides analysis of key HR metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Medium to large sized corporation experience (10k+ employees)
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
  • Self-starting and assertive
  • High energy, highly organized
  • Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
