Role OverviewAs an HR Business Partner, you will work with Nextep's teams to advise and consult clients on HR matters, address and resolve employee relations issues, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and performance management.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include auditing HR-related billing activity, billing clients for services, conducting training sessions, and updating clients and the HR team on state and federal legal or legislative changes.

Ideal candidates will have a calm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and experience in HR, with a high school diploma or equivalent and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related Business field (preferably)
- Two + years of human resources-related experience, training, or education
