Role OverviewThe HR Business Partner acts as a contact for HR related escalations for People Managers. Working in close collaboration with Sr. HRBPs, Workplace Solutions Team, and COCs (Centers of Competence), this role is responsible for providing seamless support to the business and country entities.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary contact for HR-related escalations from managers. Ensure quality business performance by executing the talent agenda in alignment with organizational objectives. Contribute to strategic initiatives and support Sr. HRBPs and CoCs in enhancing employee engagement, morale, and retention.
