Manage talent management processes, employee relations, and communication with employees. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department. Organize exit interviews and centralize/document information according to the process.

Requirements
- Master in human ressources management (bac+5)
- Previous experience as an HRBP within a dynamic environment (3-5 years)
