Job Description
The HR Business Partner will serve as the primary People & Culture partner for Suja's plant operations, supporting leaders and employees across all shifts, and driving performance, engagement, compliance, and a strong, people-first culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, PHR or SHRM a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations and HR best practices within California's manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent English and Spanish oral, written and presentation communication skills required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
