Job Description
BWXT is seeking a highly agile Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who can establish credibility and trust with stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The HRBP will collaborate closely with site leadership to drive staffing execution, workforce planning, and headcount growth. This role provides both strategic and day-to-day HR support for assigned client groups while leading workforce initiatives that support operational needs and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a closely related field.
  • 8 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated strategic HR experience.
  • Prior experience leading continuous improvement and/or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience in an advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Clear and concise communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead from the middle and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to report to an assigned manufacturing plant.
  • This position supports a safety and quality driven, 24-7 manufacturing operation and requires the ability and availability to work the occasionally adjusted schedule.
