Job Description
Performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration or 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of employment laws to ensure all hiring practices are non-discriminatory and legally defensible.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to perform extensive data entry into a Human Capital Management system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management and applicants.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
  • Ability to use good judgment and think quickly and rationally in difficult or stressful situations.
