Job Description
Performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
Requirements
Four-year college degree preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration or 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of employment laws to ensure all hiring practices are non-discriminatory and legally defensible.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to perform extensive data entry into a Human Capital Management system.
Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management and applicants.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
Ability to use good judgment and think quickly and rationally in difficult or stressful situations.
