Job Description
Total Safety is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their safety conscious team. The HRBP Functions as a business partner to the employees of Total Safety and interprets and communicates Human Resources policies and procedures to the team.

Requirements

  • Must have working knowledge of basic HR processes and employment law.
  • Direct experience with knowledge of departmental function, procedures, terminology and interrelationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Master in Excel and Power Point for reporting and presentation materials.
  • Proficiency in UltiPro (UKG) or similar payroll/HRIS related mainframe systems experience.
  • Familiar with federal and state employment laws.
