Job Description
At Optimove, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our US site and remote employees across the US and LATAM. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring presence in the Manhattan office 3 days per week. This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave, starting June 2026 through approximately February 2027, with a potential for extension.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a tech company
Strong experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR processes
Experience supporting distributed/global teams
Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across all levels
Excellent communication and influencing skills
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Experience working in a global organization – advantage
BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience; Master’s degree – an advantage
