Job Description
At Optimove, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our US site and remote employees across the US and LATAM. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring presence in the Manhattan office 3 days per week. This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave, starting June 2026 through approximately February 2027, with a potential for extension.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a tech company
  • Strong experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR processes
  • Experience supporting distributed/global teams
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Experience working in a global organization – advantage
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience; Master’s degree – an advantage
