Job Description
Baylor University is seeking a service-oriented HR Consultant (HRC) to serve as a strategic HR business partner for internal client groups, providing guidance on HR business strategy, employee relations, and organizational change.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and five years of relevant work experience
  • A Master’s Degree and eight years of relevant work experience are preferred
  • Strong preference will also be given to candidates who currently have a PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time Basis
