Job Description
Abdo is looking for a Senior Associate in HR Consulting to support full-service HR clients and provide HR and Payroll services. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and 3-5+ years of experience in HR roles.

Requirements

  • Serve as primary support to internal client leaders for HR support
  • Communicate with client leadership and decision makers on client related needs or actions
  • Effectively manage projects and service improvement initiatives with multiple clients
  • Actively participate in developing internal department goals, priorities and systems/processes
  • Assist with new staff and client training related to HR services, systems, and compliance
  • Act as a resource in relation to HRIS technology processes and capabilities
