HR Coordinator role in a compliance-driven healthcare-adjacent environment. Key responsibilities include administrative and coordination tasks, records and data management, and compliance and auditing.
Requirements
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry
Strong working knowledge of HR compliance including HIPAA, DOH, and relevant federal/state regulations
Experience with HRIS platforms and digital document management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
