Job Description
A Human Resources Coordinator will assist the Director of Human Resources with personnel matters, benefit administration, policy interpretation, payroll administration, property support and various Human Resource administrative duties.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • College Degree preferred
  • Two (2) years related experience in the Human Resources or related Administrative fields.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of co-workers and sister property staff
  • Ability to create documents in Excel and Word
  • Ability to understand other computer programs (i.e. Property Management System, Payroll and HRIS systems)
  • Ability to apply concepts of math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and algebra, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Must maintain confidentiality, remain open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
