Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the Director of Human Resources with various HR administrative duties, including personnel matters, benefit administration, policy interpretation, payroll administration, and property support. The role requires strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and a thorough understanding of Bunkhouse policies.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED), College Degree preferred
  • Two (2) years related experience in the Human Resources or related Administrative fields
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of co-workers and sister property staff
  • Ability to create documents in Excel and Word
  • Ability to understand other computer programs (i.e. Property Management System, Payroll and HRIS systems)
  • Ability to apply concepts of math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and algebra, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Must maintain confidentiality, remain open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
