Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator enters and maintains a variety of confidential employee information in the organization’s computerized systems. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of HR functions, including data entry, system reporting, and document tracking.
Requirements
High School degree with at least three years of human resource / benefits experience
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in basic PC skills. Microsoft Word and Excel required
High levels of accuracy, follow-through, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of detail work accurately and efficiently and meet deadlines
Professional telephone etiquette; good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle employee confidentiality
Interpersonal skills that promote interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication
Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
Satisfactory criminal background check
