Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator enters and maintains a variety of confidential employee information in the organization’s computerized systems. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of HR functions, including data entry, system reporting, and document tracking.

Requirements

  • High School degree with at least three years of human resource / benefits experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic PC skills. Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • High levels of accuracy, follow-through, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of detail work accurately and efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Professional telephone etiquette; good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle employee confidentiality
  • Interpersonal skills that promote interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication
  • Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
  • Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
  • Satisfactory criminal background check
