Pilgrim's is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator II to support various HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding. The role requires tracking compliance, assisting employees with benefits, managing records, and assisting with onboarding paperwork. A bilingual, understanding of federal and state employment laws is preferred.

Requirements

  • Track and coordinate compliance to absenteeism Policy
  • Assist employees with employee benefit questions
  • Handle confidential Human Resources information
  • Recruits, interviews, and selects employees
  • Maintain adequate records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Enter and maintain employee records information
  • Conduct and handle on boarding paperwork
  • Assist with various clerical/administrative duties
  • 4+ years of human resource experience
