Job Description
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support our HR department in various functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Provide essential administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist in recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and files
  • Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and notices
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
  • Support performance appraisal process and employee recognition programs
  • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Assist in HR compliance efforts and projects
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and duties as assigned
